How to ensue your party/function runs smoothly…
- CHOOSING A VENUE
Ensure that there is plenty of Parking and easy access to the party room, The last thing you need to be doing is climbing up flights of stairs carrying plates of party food and children. Also, I often have plenty of equipment to bring in and ease of access is imperative.
- CHOOSING YOUR ENTERTAINMENT
Talk through the entertainment you would like with me, as I have lots of elements to a party and offer a “Mix & Match” approach. So items can be added or removed to your package as required. Call me as many times as you like, the more I understand about things like Allergies or other needs, the smoother the party will run. I have 3 children myself so fully understand the need to double-check everything.
- DECORATING THE VENUE
The best tip is to keep decoration to a minimum as most venues will only allow around 30 minutes to clear up afterwards and this will keep your stress down. Keep your balloons pinned to the wall rather than leaving them loose on the floor – Children love nothing more than running around popping them so they will only last a few minutes anyway and leave you a right mess to clean up. They can also disrupt the flow of the show.
